You are a tight-knit group of aspiring interstellar adventurers, trying to get on your feet in the Han Cluster, but it’s been rough going. Your ship was destroyed by pirates, and those things aren't cheap. Since then, you’ve been working odd jobs on the desert planet of Tract like a bunch of chimps working for peanuts, but luckily you have a lead. All you need to do is get yourself to Edenic, the jewel of the Han Cluster, sporting perfect weather and elitist citizens, and meet up with Trinity Quark. Word is Trinity is eccentric, rich, and she likes to trade favors with “resourceful” people. You’re resourceful, right? This is a new sci-fi adventure with all the hallmarks of a combination heist and daredevil stunt—set in my own imagined human future: The Han Cluster. We will use the Savage Worlds system. Pregenerated characters are provided. No experience with Savage Worlds is necessary. Pre-generated characters provided. This adventure is suitable for players ages 13+.
Possible Content: Suggestive Sexual Themes, Mild Language, Violence.

It is January of 2019. A sudden blizzard has you (and some other people) trapped in a roadside bed-and-breakfast, where you have no choice but to wait it out. No need to worry, though. You have plenty of fuel, plenty of food, and comfy beds to sleep in. What are the chances that something bad might happen?
The Silent Snow is a story-driven adventure for five players, using the GURPS system with simplified rules (GURPS Lite). The genre of the story is deliberately left unknown. Is it going to be a murder mystery? An alien invasion? A Lovecraftian nightmare? A psychological thriller? Or will your characters spend the evening sipping tea in front of a fire? You'll have to find out in person.
A selection of pregen characters will be provided; you don't need to bring anything except your imagination. The system will be introduced, and is simple to learn and adopt.
Players familiar with GURPS may prepare their own characters, as long as it is understood that the acceptance of any character is entirely left to discretion of the GM, and the following rules are followed: - 90 point character - has to be a regular person who would live a fairly normal life in early 2019 (no Navy SEALs, Nobel prize-winning scientists, serial killers, psychics, etc.). - has to have a reasonable ability and motivation to cooperate with others.
The game may include scenes which could be disturbing to younger audience, and thus mature (17+) players are preferred.

You used to uncover secrets, or maybe kill to keep them. You used to serve your country in the shadows, doing things — or stopping things — that couldn’t be shown in daylight or on the evening news. Then you stopped. Maybe you got tired, or maybe you got burned, or maybe you got out while you could.
But you didn’t go into the daylight. Not just yet. You stayed in the shadows, in Europe’s deniable underground networks of crime and conflict, but you did it on your terms.Y ou did a few ops, and you asked fewer questions. You worked for money in secret accounts, and for people you didn’t know.
But they weren’t people. It turned out they couldn’t be shown in daylight or on the evening news either. Because they were vampires.
And now you know. And they know that you know. Vampires exist. What can they do? Who do they own? Where is safe? How much is legend, and what is the truth? You don’t know those answers yet.
So you’d better start asking questions and picking targets. You have to trace the bloodsuckers’ operations, penetrate their networks, follow their trail, and target their weak points.
Because if you don’t hunt them, they will hunt you. And they will kill you. Or worse. You must mount your own shadow war, on a secret terror that only you know exists. Stay alert, and stay awake. It’s going to be a long night.
